Pregnancy didn’t prevent Ursula from spending time in her garden.
Yet as her belly grew larger, Bobby grew more awkward. He kept trying to invite Ursula’s “significant other” over regardless of how many times Ursula told him she wasn’t with anyone.
On the other hand, Ursula and Nadini bonded over the experiences they were now sharing.
While Nadini enjoyed a lengthy maternity leave from work, Ursula didn’t stop her daily routine. She spent 8+ hours a day gardening, and still rode her bike all over town. (It just wouldn’t be proper for someone eco-friendly to drive in her opinion.)
Though once the labor pains hit Ursula found that it was much harder to keep a peaceful aura. Still through it all she had the home birth she had her heart set on.
She welcomed a son, Boothby.
Not even three hours after Boothby was born, Nadini went into labor. Although she opted to deliver at the hospital.
